Agapanthus

In New Zealand Agapanthus are very prolific indeed and the drive to Wendy and Martins house and The Cottage is lined with Lavender, Agapanthus and Jacoranda trees: see my posting on A Hebridean in New Zealand. It's not a plant I have noticed very much in the UK so I was very surprised when I went to Carol and Jenny's yesterday to find an Agapanthus next to the Summer House where we had our morning coffee in the splendid heat of the sun.
