Just before I came away the evening light showed across the valley from the Study window:




As the winds from the tail end of Hurricane Katia beat on the window and I think of my journey to be made tomorrow I am looking at these images with a considerable fondness.

    The front end of the same Hurricane has just reached my windows...! I think I'll go into hibernation now until next spring ;)
