The last evening I was at CJ and Jo's CJ lit all the candles for dinner. I just love candles although I'm nowadays a little less enthusiastic about the amount of smoke they deposit on the paintwork. I'm not into redecorating the house any more than I have to these days.
Aren't you lucky then... Getting to enjoy the candles at someone else's house... :)

ReplyDeleteI adore candles, but you are right-they give off soot, not to mention things we all shouldn't be breathing. I would like to find a brand that produces little smoke with no hazardous gases. Does such a thing exist? Still, I do occasionally light them, especially in the winter-they set such a nice mood.
