The View I Treasure

I know that I have posted many versions of the view from my house in Eagleton.  When I returned I was disappointed to find that the weather had closed in and the view of the mainland of Scotland was obscured.  In fact I’ve only seen it briefly on one day during the last week.  However the sun was shining today and the view from the kitchen was transformed.

  1. That is a view no-ne could never tire of, surely. The second and fourth photos took my breath away - and that's saying something! Hope the weather warms for you soon.

  2. Oh, and is that a real cat giving you the evils?

  3. How perfect to have a view like that to watch while working in the kitchen. And it must be an ever-changing picture. The sky and the sea, never really exactly the same from one day to another.

  4. Wow! What a beautiful view! Even the foggy day is great. There's just something so calming about the ocean. I imagine you spend a lot of time just watching. I know I would.

  6. Yes. The view is wonderful and really good for the soul. I never tire of it and, yes, occasionally I stare at it for slightly too long when I should be doing other things. But wotthehwllarchiewotthehell.

The stained glass cat was a gift, sort of in memory of BP I guess.
