    I think it's a Muscovy Duck heather but ornamental ducks are not really my field!

    Several neighbours keeps lots of ducks and geese. I assume they therefore have lots of eggs.

    Ha Mark. It's supposed to be summer (even though it's been warmer in lots of the NZ's North Island!) although today is warm (18℃!!!) and sunny and calm - and therefore midgy!.

    I read your blog this afternoon and then David, Kate and I had dinner at your house this evening. Very nice it was too. BUT I am very suspicious. We had duck as the main course!! Lots of love xx
