A New Moon
I usually concentrate on taking pictures of the full moon. It's more photogenic. However a few days ago it was the new moon and I realised that I could not recall when I last saw a new moon. So I thought I'd share it with you.
Lovely photo. Because my daughter is visiting I wasn't sitting in my usual easy chair last night and could see the moon out the window. I commented on it to her and bemoaned the fact that it would be pointless me taking a photo as my moon shots never work. From my seat, it was just popping up above the trees at the back of my son's house.

I was looking for this just the other night..but we had clouds. Nice job.
