Be Happy

I don't think that I've ever shared a public video before on this blog. Jaz shared this on Facebook and it made me realise not just the power of laughter but the beauty it brings. Look at the change in the faces of those who smile. Jaz has always been an inspiration to me. Which reminds me that I really should start some more Thankful Thursday posts. By the way you will need a little patience: it takes a short while before the text below turns into the video.

SMILE:)

  2. I think it a little cruel to laugh at a man who thinks a floor tile is funny.

    2. I think that's a good idea Frances. The more who laugh the merrier. After all I saw it on Facebook in the first place.

  4. The video made me smile and also bizarrely shed a couple of tears. I don't know why. Who is this Jaz of whom you speak? Is it perchance Jazus - the Irish spelling of Jesus? I didn't realise he had a Facebook page.

    1. Neil, Jaz was a young lady blogger who had a brain tumour and went through very bad times. Through it all she remained incredibly positive and wrote Thankful Thursday posts. She has been a great inspiration to me.

  6. I have watched this two or three times in the last week or so. Laughter is so infectious and catching. And, you are right. A person is much more lovely when they are smiling or laughing.

  12. Thanks GB, this is wonderful. I was on the tube in London a few days ago at rush hour and everyone looked truly miserable - perhaps I should try this next time!
